Our Terms & Conditions provide clear guidance on booking, payments, cancellations, changes, and travel arrangements. We believe in transparent communication and thoughtful service, so you can plan your journey with Arabian Infinity Tours with confidence and peace of mind.
Booking Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Arabian Infinity Tours. By making a booking and paying a deposit or final balance, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Arabian Infinity Tours specializes in thoughtfully arranged private journeys, tailor-made holidays, and group travel across the United Arab Emirates ,Egypt , Saudi Arabia, and Jordan . Each journey is arranged according to the confirmed itinerary and services agreed upon with the client.
Booking & Confirmation
To request a journey, please contact Arabian Infinity Tours with your preferred travel dates, number of travelers, and itinerary requirements.
A member of our team will discuss your requirements and prepare a proposed itinerary and quotation. Your booking becomes confirmed once the itinerary and services have been accepted and the required deposit has been received.
The confirmed itinerary will specify the services included in your package, such as accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, cruises, domestic flights, guides, meals, and other agreed services.
Availability of hotels, cruises, flights, and other travel services is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Payment Policy
A 30% deposit is normally required to confirm a booking.
For travel during Christmas, New Year, and Easter periods, a 50% deposit may be required due to the special conditions and advance payment requirements of hotels, cruises, airlines, and other suppliers.
The remaining balance is normally due:
22 days before arrival for regular travel dates.
30 days before arrival for Christmas, New Year, and Easter travel periods.
Specific payment deadlines may vary depending on the services included in your journey. Where different payment terms apply, these will be clearly stated in your quotation or booking confirmation.
We may, where possible, offer an agreed installment schedule for selected bookings.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be made by:
Bank transfer
Credit card, including Visa and Mastercard
Other payment methods specifically agreed with Arabian Infinity Tours
Bank charges, payment processing fees, or other applicable transaction costs may apply and will be communicated before payment where applicable.
Credit Card Payments
For certain credit card transactions, additional documentation may be required to comply with applicable banking, payment-processing, and fraud-prevention requirements.
Where documentation is required, Arabian Infinity Tours will advise the client of the appropriate process and the documents required.
For your security, do not send credit card details by unsecured email. Any payment-card information should be provided only through an approved and secure payment method requested by Arabian Infinity Tours.
Changes Requested by the Client
We understand that travel plans may change. Requests to modify a confirmed booking will be handled as flexibly as possible, subject to availability and the terms of the relevant suppliers.
Changes may include:
Travel dates.
Hotels.
Nile cruises.
Domestic or international flights.
Transportation.
Excursions and sightseeing.
Room arrangements.
Other confirmed travel services.
While Arabian Infinity Tours will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested changes, additional costs may apply where suppliers impose amendment fees, fare differences, cancellation charges, or other penalties.
Any additional costs will be communicated to the client before the change is confirmed whenever possible.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email. The cancellation will become effective on the date the written request is received by Arabian Infinity Tours.
Unless otherwise stated in the confirmed quotation or booking confirmation, the following cancellation charges apply to the total tour price:

Certain travel services may have separate cancellation conditions imposed by the supplier. These may include airline tickets, domestic flights, sleeper trains, Nile cruises, hotels, permits, special events, and other prepaid services.
Where supplier-specific cancellation charges are higher than the standard cancellation scale above, the applicable supplier terms will apply.
Christmas, New Year & Easter Cancellation Policy
Travel during peak holiday periods may be subject to stricter cancellation conditions because of advance commitments and supplier restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated in the confirmed booking, the following cancellation charges apply:

Additional cancellation charges may apply to flights, trains, cruises, hotels, permits, and other services according to the applicable supplier's terms.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will normally be processed using the original method of payment.
The timing of a refund may depend on the processing time of banks, credit card companies, payment providers, hotels, airlines, cruise operators, and other suppliers.
Refunds are not available for unused services resulting from a client's decision not to participate after the journey has commenced, unless otherwise agreed or required under applicable law.
No refund will normally be provided for no-shows or for services voluntarily unused by the client.
Any non-refundable supplier charges, payment-processing fees, bank charges, or cancellation penalties may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.
Accommodation
Unless otherwise stated, accommodation prices are based on two guests sharing one room.
Single rooms are available subject to an applicable single supplement.
Hotels and other accommodation mentioned in a quotation represent the selected standard and category. If a particular property becomes unavailable, Arabian Infinity Tours may arrange accommodation of a similar standard and category, subject to availability.
Specific hotel requests are subject to confirmation and may result in a supplement.
Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the individual property and may vary by destination.
Flights
Domestic Flights
Where domestic flights are included in a package, the quoted price may be based on the available fare at the time of quotation and may include approximate flight timings.
Flight schedules, fares, baggage allowances, and availability are determined by the airline and may change without prior notice.
Requests for specific flight times, flight changes, upgrades, additional baggage, or amendments to confirmed reservations may result in additional charges.
International Flights
International flights are not included unless specifically stated in the confirmed quotation.
Where Arabian Infinity Tours assists with international flight arrangements, airline terms and conditions will apply.
Children Policy
Children's rates vary according to the destination, hotel, cruise, airline, room arrangement, and services included in the itinerary.
Unless otherwise stated in the confirmed quotation:
Packages, Hotels & Nile Cruises
Under 2 years: Generally free of charge for accommodation and sightseeing when sharing the parents' room; applicable flight or train charges may still apply.
Under 6 years: Generally charged at approximately 25% of the adult tour rate.
Under 12 years: Generally charged at approximately 50% of the adult tour rate.
12 years and above: Generally considered an adult for pricing purposes.
Sightseeing Tours
Under 6 years: Generally free of charge for sightseeing services.
Under 12 years: Generally charged at approximately 50% of the adult tour rate.
12 years and above: Generally considered an adult.
Children's rates are subject to the policies of the individual suppliers. Additional charges may apply for flights, trains, ferries, entrance tickets, extra beds, or other services.
The ages of all children must be provided at the time of booking so that the correct quotation can be prepared.
Travel Documents & Entry Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports, visas, permits, health documentation, and any other travel documents required for their journey.
Visa and entry requirements vary according to nationality, destination, and current regulations. Arabian Infinity Tours may provide general guidance where available, but the client remains responsible for ensuring that all required documentation is valid before travel.
We recommend checking the latest requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or other official government source before departure.
Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances
Arabian Infinity Tours will make every reasonable effort to operate confirmed journeys as planned. However, circumstances beyond our reasonable control may require changes, postponement, cancellation, or interruption of travel arrangements.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
Government restrictions or travel advisories
War or civil unrest
Natural disasters
Severe weather
Epidemics or pandemics
Strikes or industrial action
Border closures
Airline or transport disruptions
Government or regulatory decisions
Security-related restrictions
Other events beyond our reasonable control
Where such circumstances occur, Arabian Infinity Tours will work with the client and relevant suppliers to identify the most appropriate available solution.
Depending on the circumstances and supplier policies, this may include rescheduling, travel credit, replacement services, or a refund of recoverable amounts.
Non-refundable amounts already paid to suppliers may not be recoverable.
Any airline cancellation, amendment, or rebooking charges, as well as applicable bank or payment-processing charges, may remain payable by the client.
Responsibility & Liability
Arabian Infinity Tours acts as a travel organizer and, where applicable, as an intermediary arranging services provided by independent third-party suppliers, including hotels, airlines, cruise operators, transportation companies, restaurants, guides, and other service providers.
We carefully select our partners and make reasonable efforts to ensure that the services included in your itinerary are delivered as confirmed.
However, services provided by independent suppliers are subject to their own terms, conditions, operational requirements, and limitations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arabian Infinity Tours shall not be responsible for losses, delays, additional expenses, injuries, illness, accidents, property loss, or service interruptions resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from the acts, omissions, or failures of independent suppliers.
This includes circumstances such as flight delays or cancellations, traffic conditions, weather, government decisions, strikes, mechanical problems, security restrictions, natural events, or changes made by hotels, airlines, cruise operators, restaurants, or other suppliers.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
Insurance should ideally cover, where appropriate:
Trip cancellation or interruption
Medical expenses
Emergency assistance
Baggage loss or delay
Flight disruption
Personal liability
Other unforeseen travel expenses
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their insurance provides adequate coverage for their individual circumstances and itinerary.
Itinerary Changes
Travel itineraries may occasionally need to be adjusted due to operational, weather, security, transportation, archaeological-site, government, or supplier considerations.
Where a change is necessary, Arabian Infinity Tours will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall character and quality of the journey and, where possible, provide an alternative of comparable value.
Specific sightseeing sites, restaurants, hotels, cruise schedules, or transportation services may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control.
Acceptance of These Terms
By paying a deposit or any other payment toward a booking with Arabian Infinity Tours, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
The confirmed itinerary, quotation, payment terms, and these Terms & Conditions together constitute the agreement between the client and Arabian Infinity Tours, subject to applicable law.
Where a specific written agreement or confirmed quotation contains terms that differ from these general Terms & Conditions, the specific terms stated in the confirmed booking may apply.
